Congratulations! The facility you used for medical imaging has implemented CryptoChart Secure Image & Report Sharing.
This award-winning solution gives you simple, secure access to your images on-demand on any device without CDs, passwords, or logins. Using a simple but highly secure QR code, you can share images with your healthcare provider as easily as sending a text message or email.

The CryptoChart Interface and What to Expect
When scanning a CryptoChart code with a mobile device, the experience can look a bit different. For a good view of the desktop interface, take a look at the video above. *note - if viewing on a mobile device, only the first study will be available to view. View on a desktop to view all the studies
Novarad follows best practices to ensure the data is kept safe and either meets or exceeds industry security requirements. The QR code and web access code provided on the printout is the only copy of those access points in the universe, so as long as the patients keep it secure, it is highly secure.

The CryptoChart QR code is valid for 2 years. The secure web access code is good for a period of time that will vary based on the sending site’s preference. An expiration date is provided for both on the CryptoChart printout.

When using the "Send Access Code" feature, you will have 3 minutes to share, and use the code to access the images. If time runs out you can generate a new code.
When using the "Share Images" feature, this link expires after 1 year and can be used unlimited times.
If you are experiencing issues or have additional questions, please contact the imaging facility that provided the CryptoChart printout. They will be able to provide help. If they are unable to help, they can reach out to our support team for additional assistance.
Yes. If you are missing your diagnostic report and the report has been completed, you can call the imaging facility to request the report to be routed to CryptoChart. Once the facility routes the report, it should appear by using the same QR code and web access code.
