Dr. Wendell Gibby founded Novarad in 1988 and is the driving force behind Novarad’s relentless innovation and R&D efforts. He is responsible for the vision and direction of the company.
Dr. Gibby is a practicing neurointerventional radiologist using his own technology on a daily basis. He owns several clinics, is an adjunct professor of Radiology at the University of California San Diego, and is the founder of Globalrad, a non-profit foundation.
When not at his medical and entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Gibby is an avid hiker and skier, loves technical canyoneering in Southern Utah, and flies both fixed-wing and helicopter aircraft.
As CFO, Michael is responsible for the long-term financial viability of Novarad, ensuring sustainable growth. Michael joined Novarad in 2011 and leads the finance, legal, and regulatory efforts at Novarad. Michael is passionate about improving processes and finding solutions to problems.
Doug is responsible for leading Novarad’s implementation services and technical support teams. He joined Novarad in 2000 and has more than 3 decades of extensive technical service experience in large enterprise companies and small start-ups. He’s passionate about providing the best possible support to Novarad customers.
Steve Cvetko, Ph.D., Novarad's vice president of research and development, works extensively developing new and cutting-edge technologies for use in the medical field. He, along with Dr. Gibby, co-created Novarad's revolutionary OpenSight product, the first of its kind to receive FDA clearance.
Blair is responsible for leading company growth and revenue generation in the western US and Latin America. He joined Novarad in 2006 and has more than 30 years of experience in the medical imaging industry. Blair loves leading teams and assisting healthcare providers in meeting their strategic goals.
Fred is responsible for leading company growth and revenue generation in the eastern US, Europe and the Middle East. He joined Novarad in 2002 and has more than 25 years of experience in channel, sales and executive management in the high-tech industry. He is highly motivated by the opportunity to help healthcare providers offer improved care for their patients.
Paul leads Novarad’s Market Development, Sales Operations and Customer Success teams and ensures Novarad provides great experiences throughout the customer journey. He has been with Novarad since 2001 and has a broad range of experience in developing new markets, sales, product and executive management.
David Grandpre is responsible for both product management and product education at Novarad. He’s passionate about process improvements that ensure quality product releases for Novarad customers. He joined Novarad in 2011 and brings more than 18 years of experience in project management, product implementation and product management.
Sean Clements is Novarad’s technology leader and is responsible for developing the engineering strategies and operations required to deliver outstanding products. Sean returned to Novarad in 2021 after being part of the Novarad team from 2005 – 2018 and brings 20 years of experience in ecommerce and healthcare software development. Sean is passionate about improving processes and helping development teams deliver quality software to Novarad customers.
Mike Ramsey oversees the experience and management of Novarad’s amazing team members. He joined Novarad in 2013 and is passionate about enabling success for every member of the Novarad team!
