Every Wednesday, Novarad is going to post some helpful hints from our support staff here on the blog. These could reference some questions frequently asked by our customers or could be about new product features. If you have a question you would like answered in this feature, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This week’s tip comes from JL Olmstead in Support.
Removing extra or unused datasources form the viewer will increase the loading speed.
Often there will be datasources that have been added from accessing another PACS system. Or access the web viewer through Novaweb. These can be removed if they are not frequently used. This will decrease loading and refresh times.
If there are concerns about which datasources can be removed, feel free to contact support.
