What is the difference….?

What is the difference between the Save as new default for anatomical areas and the Set current HP as default for modalities options in the Image Viewer?

The Set current HP as default for modalities option allows users to set their current hanging protocol (layout) settings as a default for opening studies from that particular modality (i.e., CT, US, MR)

Any time a study is subsequently opened that matches that modality, it will display with those settings. For example, a radiologist may want to display US studies differently than CT studies.

The Save as new default for anatomical areas option allows users to set their current hanging protocol settings as a default for opening studies that match both the modality and the anatomical area.

Any time a study is subsequently opened that matches that modality and that anatomical area, it will display with those settings. For example, a radiologist may want to open a Cervical Spine CT study with a different layout than a CT study of an abdomen.
