American Fork, Utah, May 2010 – NovaRad expands, adding two senior members to its development team. Harold Welch joins as Director of Implementation and Gerald Cluff joins as a Software Quality Assurance Manager.
He will employ his experience to direct company policies and procedures regarding the implementation of NovaRad products and services at new customer sites. He will also manage a team of project managers, installation specialists and applications specialists who train NovaRad customers on the best practices for using the products to achieve their maximum benefit.
As quality assurance manager, Cluff will oversee all testing of new and existing software features and releases to ensure NovaRad customers receive a top-quality, highly functional product. He will manage a team of testers in addition to working in cooperation with the research and development team that design and architect NovaRad’s software products. He will also recommend changes to NovaRad’s testing procedures to continue to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
