Serra Medical Group, one of the largest, most comprehensive multi specialty physician group practices in the San Fernando Valley, and Valley Breast Care & Women’s Health Center in Van Nuys selected NovaMG for their state-of-the-art mammography services.
The NovaMG breast imaging viewer combines the tool set of NovaPACS with customizable mammographic reading and hanging protocol sequences. FDA 510(k) cleared and IHE compliant, it supports multi-modality viewing and iCad and R2 structured reports. Automatic populating of the diagnostic findings to a mammography reporting system and work list synchronization for recall-report simplifies exports from either the radiology information system or mammography reporting system.
“Input from radiologists helped us in creating a viewer that filled specific feature and fiscal needs,” said Steve Fowler, product marketing director at Novarad Corporation. “From individual user-customized one-click workflow to mammo-driven hanging protocols, the viewer simplifies the process from opening a study to generating a report. Fiscally, the NovaMG viewer averages half the price of other mammo viewers on the market.”
In addition to NovaMG, NovaRad offers NovaPACS, NovaRIS, NovaPro for radiologist groups, NovaCardio PACS, and ClinicPACS orthopedic PACS radiology technologies.
