Did You Know? Contact Support from the Study Browser Help Menu

The Contact Support option allows users to submit general questions to Novarad’s Technical Support. To use the Contact Support option, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Help menu on the Study Browser’s main toolbar, and select Contact Support. A Contact NovaPACS Technical Support dialog box will open.
  2. Enter the following information in the message window:
    1. Name
    2. Facility Name and Location
    3. Contact Phone Number and/or E-mail Address
    4. Complete description of the issue
    5. Any troubleshooting details you have tried
  3. Click the Send button to email the message to Novarad’s Technical Support.
